A Memorable Evening

We had a memorable evening at Ambassador Playa I when we sat down for our last meal. To our surprise, the restaurant manager approached our table, inspecting the surroundings. Curiosity got the better of us, so we confronted him. He accused us of using our own water instead of purchasing it. Despite the unpleasant encounter, we still had a wonderful time at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for its unique experiences.

Our stay at Ambassador Playa I was outstanding and we will definitely be coming back. The value for money was excellent and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the sea and the promenade. The staff were friendly, helpful, and even surprised our friend with a bottle of champagne for his birthday.

The only thing that could have been improved was the breakfast selection, especially when it came to the choice of vegetables. However, the food was sufficient and diverse overall.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location in Benidorm. It was close to everything I could possibly need for a great holiday. The main area of Benidorm, including the beach, was just a short walk away. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, even providing guidance on which coach to take. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including sausages, bacon, beans, and toast. The hotel also had excellent facilities, such as a large pool area and a spa at the bottom.

The pool at the hotel was quite small, making it difficult to enjoy a swim when it was crowded.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the middle of everything. Guests loved that they were just a few minutes walk from the beach and surrounded by all the main attractions. the restaurant offers a bottle of wine for about 8 euros, which is quite reasonably priced.

The sunbed situation was a complete joke, with guests having to wait in long queues from 8am just to secure a sunbed. if guests left their beds for more than 30 minutes, their towels were taken away.

The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel offered a spa facility that was a great way to relax. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with shops, clubs, and bars nearby.

While there was a variety of options, I found it to be repetitive and not always hot. One particular item that was consistently disappointing was the bacon served at breakfast.

ambassador playa i was even better than my previous stay in benidorm. superb room, comfortable bed, great breakfast selection. spa was a fantastic getaway from the partying on the strip. location was perfect in the heart of the main strip. will definitely stay here again.

Pricey drinks, no free tea or coffee.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the vibrant area with plenty of entertainment options nearby. We loved that it was just a short, five-minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach. Although there was some street noise, being in the center of all the action was exciting.

We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Its prime location, attentive staff, and delicious food make it the best choice for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic time at the Ambassador Playa I. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The restaurant staff were friendly and even engaged in conversation with us, which we loved. The top-floor waiter in the restaurant always found us a seat and made us feel welcome with his jokes and warm demeanor. On my birthday, they surprised me with a bottle of champagne and a thoughtful letter in my room. The food at the hotel was incredible, with a wide variety of options and beautiful presentations. We couldn't fault the hotel in any way.

Location is ideal, close to attractions but also peaceful. Clean rooms with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. Helpful staff who go above and beyond. Food selection is excellent with great value. Impressive shower and good soundproofing.

Special mention to Marcus, the barman at the explorers bar, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Great location, close to everything and two pools to enjoy. The food is plentiful and there is always something to eat. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the spa too!

The rooms are basic, but clean. The dining hall for dinner was very crowded and it was difficult to find a table, but breakfast was manageable.
