We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Hilton. The location was fantastic, with plenty of attractions and amenities within walking distance. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing stay. The breakfast options were diverse and delicious, ensuring a great start to the day. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. we would highly recommend Hilton for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The Hilton Porto Alegre exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable with international standard bed and pillows. The breakfast was delicious with abundant choices. The location was perfect, convenient and quiet at night. The hotel's decor and amenities added to a delightful stay.

During my Easter stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and spacious rooms with all the necessary amenities. the location was ideal, connected to a mall and close to several restaurants. the staff was helpful and friendly.

The maintenance of the rooms was not top-notch, with ripped curtains and wobbly baths. some staff members lacked proper training and were unable to take responsibility in the absence of the manager.
