We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Palacio Manco Capac By Ananay Hotels exceeded our expectations in every way. The huge and extremely comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep, and the view from our room window over the city was simply amazing. The room itself was beautiful and clean, with plenty of space. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk down through charming little streets to Plaza de Armas. The staff was also fantastic, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The property itself was like a beautiful mansion, and the breakfast room, surrounded by windows, offered an unbeatable view of the city. We highly recommend this place as the best accommodation for acclimatization before trekking or for recovering after trekking. We stayed for 4 nights and wouldn't even consider looking for another place if we come back to this city.

Stunning location with a magnificent view of the city. The hotel has an old-world charm and is reminiscent of something you'd find on the Italian Riviera. The rooms are cozy and clean, with beautiful decor. The breakfast is good and offers a variety of options. The hotel is within walking distance of the center and has easy access to attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I absolutely loved staying at this charming boutique hotel nestled high above the city. The views from the dining room and terrace were simply breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The decor was lovely and the room was comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal, making it convenient to explore the nearby attractions on foot. And let's not forget the adorable alpacas in the courtyard!

I wish the checkout time was extended past 12.00, as it felt a bit rushed in the morning to pack up and leave.

The atmosphere was lovely, with beautiful gardens and amazing views. the complementary breakfast was superb, with a wide range of tasty options. the hotel was conveniently located close to popular neighborhoods and tourist sites. it was a really pleasant stay.

I would have appreciated more attentive and helpful staff, especially when it came to carrying luggage and other tasks that required physical effort. some aspects of my room could have been better maintained and cleaned.

Arriving here after a long day travelling was a refreshing experience. the luxurious spa and wellness centre really helped to soothe my aching muscles. the massage I received made me forget all about the hustle and bustle of travelling. the exclusive garden area was perfect for finding some peace and quiet to relax in. the in-room breakfast was simply divine and the private facilities just added that extra feeling of luxury. the location of this hotel was perfect and allowed me to easily explore the wonderful city.

The only problem I encountered was the high price of the meals at the restaurant, but this was only a minor issue as there are plenty of other dining options nearby. this hotel provided exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my luxurious needs.
