The hotel is conveniently located right on the river, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. Guests have mentioned the central location, making it easy to access everything in Aguas Calientes. Additionally, the hotel is close to a lovely park with illuminated sculptures, creating a scenic experience for guests. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a "homey" feel, and the staff is described as friendly and accommodating. Guests have also raved about the delicious breakfast buffet with options to order eggs.

Excellent location in the heart of the town and an easy walk to the main square. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was good and included a decent variety of options. We particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit.

The room was small and cramped, lacking adequate space to move around comfortably. the bathroom was outdated and could use some renovation.

I had a wonderful stay at Retama Inn in Machu Picchu. The staff were very helpful and gave me great tips on exploring the area. My room was clean and bright, with a great shower. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel, by the river and close to the hot springs, made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend Retama Inn for a fantastic experience in Machu Picchu.
