The location is excellent for exploring nearby attractions and has a vibrant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the breakfast was just okay and could use improvement.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like free wi-fi, air conditioning, and a 24-hour security. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive. They even helped me with technical issues on my first stay. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Christmas!

my stay was delightful, as the staff were super helpful and friendly, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like the breathtaking Park of Love, which is just over a kilometer away, and I enjoyed strolling the Miraflores Boardwalk while soaking in the coastal views.

Woke up to a delightful breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making my stay feel welcoming.

However, I found my room a bit dated, and the air conditioning didn’t quite live up to expectations. Also, the noise from the street was quite noticeable at night.

Comfortable stay in Miraflores! Friendly staff, great breakfast, and close to the coast and local eateries. Just be aware of the bathroom waste disposal😊!

my stay here was fantastic, especially because it's just a short walk to parque kennedy and the stunning el parque del amor, making it easy to soak in the vibrant atmosphere of miraflores while exploring nearby landmarks and local spots.

For a better breakfast experience, consider arriving early to avoid the understaffed rush and enjoy the fresh maracuyas and great coffee machine.

During my stay at San Agustin Exclusive from 2023-10-01 to 2023-10-04, I appreciated the excellent location in Miraflores, allowing easy walking access to parks, local eateries, and the ocean. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable experience, while the buffet breakfast featured a wide variety, including fresh fruits and delicious pastries.

No bottled water was provided in the room.

I was in Lima for a short trip to explore the local sights, and I was pleasantly surprised by how close we were to Miraflores. The staff really impressed me, especially the front desk team who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even preparing lunch bags for our early outings. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good variety that filled us up for our adventures. However, keep in mind that the street noise at night could be a bit disturbing, so light sleepers may want to consider that.

However, the breakfast situation could be improved. while the finger sandwiches were a nice touch, the coffee was lacking, being more akin to instant than fresh brew. Staying above the 5th floor is advisable to cut down on street noise at night, which can be quite persistent.

We stayed here with our teens and loved the spacious rooms. The location in Miraflores was perfect, just a short walk to the coast and local eateries. The included hot buffet breakfast kept everyone satisfied, especially with the fresh fruit options.

My wife says that the air conditioning could use an upgrade.

Had a great time at this place! The included breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty, eggs, fruits, pastries, just what you need in the morning. Also, the staff was super friendly, especially this girl at reception named Angie who helped us navigate the area like pros!

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but it was still alright.

Great staff and 24-hour security. bar service was annoyingly slow.
