We had an incredible time here. The location is perfect for relaxing in nature, with beautiful views of the lake and lush trees all around. The service was exceptional, from the friendly staff to the prompt room service and daily housekeeping. We especially loved the welcome drink and the helpful tours and ticket assistance. Our room was luxurious and had all the amenities we needed, including a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The spa facilities were a real treat, with a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The sun terrace and garden area were also lovely spots to unwind.

Loved the beach and the green surroundings. The kayaks and SUPs available were a great plus. It was very quiet and relaxing. , the complementary room service was a nice touch.

The location was quite far from any shops or restaurants, so we had to rely on everything at the hotel. The heat in the rooms was unbearable despite having functioning AC. , the lack of towels on the beach was inconvenient.

I recently stayed at the Mbh Maya Boutique Hotel in Bacalar for a few days and had an amazing time. The staff was attentive and the location was super chill, with a beautiful view of the lake. The room was clean, modern, and had a great shower. I loved the system for opening the room doors, it felt secure. The hotel has lovely facilities and the beach area was just a few steps away. it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing time at Mbh Maya Bacalar Hotel Boutique. The hotel's natural surroundings gave me a sense of tranquility and being amidst nature. The breakfast they served was top-notch, with a great selection and excellent quality. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved hearing the monkeys at night, it added a unique touch to the experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a rejuvenating and memorable stay.
