We had a wonderful time at this hotel near the seaport. The location allowed us to easily explore the city and visit the nearby mall. The fitness center was a great addition, allowing us to stay active during our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast served in the room was delicious. The view from our room was stunning, showcasing the beauty of the city.

It was a bit challenging to catch a taxi from the hotel.

Mountain-facing rooms at the under-construction Alicia are peaceful. Stylish, fresh rooms with comfy beds, large cable TV, and mini safe. Quiet, efficient air con and fantastic showers. Kitchenette has cutlery, fridge, and microwave. On-site gym and pool. Walking distance to malls and easy transportation.

The free breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. the location was pretty convenient as it was close to shopping areas and restaurants. They also had a nice pool where I spent most of my time.

The room was not in good condition. the sheets were stained and there were bugs in the bathroom.

I recently had a short stay at this hotel and I must say it was a good experience. The staff was very accommodating and the check-in process was smooth. The room I stayed in was cozy and comfortable, and the bathroom was in good condition. One thing I liked about the hotel was its location. It was conveniently located near a shopping mall and had easy access to groceries, pharmacies, and banks. it was a pleasant stay at this hotel.
