During my recent stay at Thainstone House, I was truly impressed by the level of care and attention given to the guests. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every request was met and every need was catered to. From accommodating dietary restrictions to providing special touches for a birthday celebration, their dedication was evident. The chef deserves a special mention for preparing delicious gluten-free meals for some members of our group. The wedding venue was absolutely stunning, with beautifully decorated rooms and attentive staff ensuring that everything ran smoothly. The food served during the wedding breakfast was truly delicious, and the surprise singing waiters added an extra touch of entertainment. The hotel also provided a cool room for the bride and bridesmaid to get ready, which was a thoughtful gesture. The grounds of the hotel were vast and offered a picturesque setting, with the added bonus of seeing deer in the distance. I had a wonderful experience at Thainstone House and would highly recommend it as a hotel and wedding venue.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home right away. the food was exceptional, especially the fillet steak cooked to perfection. the breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, with warm pastries and a variety of charcuterie. the pool was a great addition and we wished we had booked spa appointments. the bed was super comfortable, perfect for my bad back. the location was lovely and we appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly. We will definitely be coming back.

Our room was unfortunately located next to a noisy function suite, which made it difficult to sleep. the menu items were not as described and the quality was subpar compared to the dinner we had the night before.

I recently stayed at Thainstone House for a relaxing getaway. The hotel had a lovely, stylish ambiance with beautifully furnished public rooms. Our rooms and bathrooms were pleasant, and the swimming pool was exquisite. We enjoyed a superb meal in Stockman's bar, as well as a delicious breakfast. The staff were consistently polite and considerate, making our stay wonderfully relaxing. The complimentary refreshments in our room were of a high standard, and even the dogs were treated to wonderful treats. the hotel provided a peaceful and enjoyable experience.
