There were a couple of aspects that could be improved. The airport shuttle service was forgetful, leading to a long wait at the port.

The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Special mention to Suarez who was fantastic with our child and even lent him toys. Great selection of breakfast options. Perfect location right on the beach and close to bars, restaurants, and shops.

I had an amazing stay at a beachfront hotel in the city center of Alona Beach. The clean rooms with a mini bar and TV with many channels exceeded my expectations. The beach just in front of the hotel was stunning. Despite the lively Coco vida bar with live music every night, I managed to sleep well and the hotel was the most clean I've experienced in the Philippines. The small pool in the middle was a nice addition, although with such a beautiful beach, it wasn't necessary. The location on Alona Beach was convenient for exploring the area. I also appreciated the helpful staff who assisted me during my stay.

The wifi connection was poor and the live band at night was too loud for those who wanted to sleep early. The nearby restaurants had cheaper prices and the hotel's restaurant was a bit overpriced.
