the city view from our room was amazing, especially at night. the elevator waited too long during check-out hours.

Amazing views, comfy bed, and super handy to the port authority and a 7 Eleven! Perfect for crashing after a day of sightseeing.

But, darling, the elevators were slower than a tortoise on a lazy Sunday and the noise outside made me wonder if I’d accidentally booked a concert.

the staff were super friendly and helped me navigate the check-in process with my confusing bookings. cleanliness was top-notch, and they paid attention to every little detail. location made it easy to explore Times Square and the subway was just a short walk away.

The location was perfect, just a few blocks from a bustling hub with countless attractions and eateries. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, making it super convenient for our family. We especially enjoyed grabbing delicious pizza nearby after a long day of exploring.

housekeeping forgot about my room way too much, sometimes leaving me with no coffee or clean towels, what a hassle! also, the aroma of urine at the entrance is a lovely welcome, isn’t it? I expected a complimentary gesture as a paying guest, but all I got was disappointment. defintely almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

I visited recently with my boyfriend and enjoyed the easy access to major attractions. The nearby subway made exploring the city simple. We only had breakfast once at the hotel café, but many options were available nearby. The staff provided assistance when needed. Overall, it was a solid choice in a prime location for our travel plans. As someone from Rome, I appreciated being able to walk around to see the sights without too much hassle.

We had a fantastic time exploring Times Square and enjoying the nearby eateries with my family, including 2 couples. One of my favorite moments was grabbing fantastic NYC pizza just a few blocks away. The location made everything easily accessible!

My kids wished there was a microwave in the room.
