This hotel is located in a very convenient area with a quiet atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are provided, like the kitchen and the washing machine. The rooms with a great view of Burj Khalifa are amazing for big families.

We loved the spacious and well-equipped apartments, complete with a nice HD flat screen TV with internet. The food and room service were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the Dreamworks Spa Thai massage specialist who gave us a perfect massage. The hotel had a nice cosy and homely feel, while still providing a luxurious experience. The shuttle bus service, including the chauffeur-driven SUV, was a great convenience. Plus, the pool area was fantastic, with a big screen showing Premier League football games.

I particularly appreciated the daily check-ins from the housekeeping manager, ensuring my comfort. the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby mall was convenient and made exploring the city hassle-free. the pool looked amazing, although I didn't have the chance to use it.

The air conditioning in the gym was not set to a cool enough temperature. While these issues were addressed promptly by the maintenance team and the staff, it was still a slight inconvenience.

The location is ideal, close to Dubai Mall and other attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us promptly with any requests we had. The hotel and pool area were kept immaculately clean. The views from the balcony were stunning. Would definitely recommend.

We had a romantic escape and there were a couple of things that we absolutely loved about this hotel. First, the room was incredibly spacious and had a beautiful balcony with a stunning view. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Second, the hotel's location was ideal. It was just a short walk to the beach and there were plenty of delicious restaurants and cozy cafes nearby. We loved being able to explore the area and immerse ourselves in the local culture. Lastly, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay special.

The restaurant offered an exceptional in-room breakfast with a poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area for cocktails. Cons: the only minor issue we had was with the outdoor swimming pool, which was a bit too cold for us to enjoy.
