I had an incredible stay at this hotel. Upon check-in, I mentioned my preference for a room with a canal view, and the receptionist went above and beyond to upgrade me to a spacious three-bed room on the second floor, free of charge. The room was beautifully designed, with unique music-themed decor that I absolutely loved. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spotlessly clean rooms and comfortable beds. The location was unbeatable, in a quiet area of the city, yet within walking distance or a few tram stops away from many of the city's attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The staff is helpful and the decor is interesting with records on the walls and a rockstar-like vanity mirror. Easily accessible by tram or a short walk from the station, it is the perfect base for exploring the city and enjoying the nearby restaurants and bars.

The hotel's unique music concept was fun and eye-catching. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The ability to play pool billiard was a great added bonus. The breakfast provided was excellent. All the major sightseeing sites were easily accessible by walking distance.

Plus, there is a tram line just a few minutes away, allowing for quick and convenient transportation. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.

As young travelers, we loved the cool and trendy vibe of the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel bar was a great place to hang out and meet other guests. The location was perfect, with lots of nightclubs, restaurants, and bars nearby. We also appreciated the clean shared bathrooms and the option to borrow vinyl records and a speaker from the reception.

During our stay at Backstage Hotel, we were impressed by the young and dynamic staff who were always available to assist us. The hotel had a great charm and unique decoration, with bed side tables made out of flight cases. The interior of the hotel was creatively done, with stars on the ceiling adding a wonderful surprise. The location was perfect, especially for those attending concerts and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel for its unique vibe and excellent service.

We got a free upgrade to a three-bed room with a stunning canal view! The music-themed design of the room was incredible, with gear cases transformed into bedside tables and a drum-shaped lamp on the ceiling. The room was clean and cozy, with a soft, comfortable bed and daily towel changes. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Museum Quarter and other major sights. Despite being central, the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. We would definitely go back to this hotel.

the TV in my room was not working throughout my entire 5-day stay. the room I stayed in was quite small for two people.
