The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. the room service was prompt and the restaurant had a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices. the rooms were comfortable and the internet connection was excellent throughout the hotel. We especially enjoyed the view from the top floor where the pool is located. the service, amenities, and cleanliness of the hotel were outstanding.

The staff were always available and very helpful, providing us with early check-in and a map for our convenience. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and great quality. The pool and surrounding sitting area offered beautiful views. WiFi was accessible throughout the hotel.

No reason to complain, as the staff were readily available for any assistance needed.

It was the perfect place to unwind and take in the beauty of the surroundings. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and I especially enjoyed the cheese and yogurt options. We had a lovely time during our romantic escape. the complimentary breakfast in bed and couples massage were just perfect for us. the hotel is located in the heart of the city, perfect for exploring the local markets and enjoying the nightlife. We loved the rooftop bar with its stunning views of the city.

The fitness area was too small and always crowded. We were also unhappy that our room had no window and no access to natural sunlight.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Cebu. The staff were super courteous and helpful, making my experience even better. The hotel is located in the downtown area, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The hotel is conveniently located just 20 minutes away from the airport, making transportation to and from the hotel a breeze.
