The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. the room service was prompt and the restaurant had a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices. the rooms were comfortable and the internet connection was excellent throughout the hotel. We especially enjoyed the view from the top floor where the pool is located. the service, amenities, and cleanliness of the hotel were outstanding.

We had a lovely time during our romantic escape. the complimentary breakfast in bed and couples massage were just perfect for us. the hotel is located in the heart of the city, perfect for exploring the local markets and enjoying the nightlife. We loved the rooftop bar with its stunning views of the city.

The fitness area was too small and always crowded. We were also unhappy that our room had no window and no access to natural sunlight.
