Excellent service, spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, helpful security staff, close proximity to hospitals, short tricycle ride to restaurants.

Nothing to dislike.

The rooms are well-insulated, perfect for light sleepers. WIFI speed is impressive for conference calling. The cleanliness is commendable and the staff went above and beyond when they found a lost earring. Adjacent rooms were provided for traveling friends.

The location was great. It was walking distance to public transportation and just a short ride away from restaurants and other establishments. the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially during the Christmas holiday. the room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds.

The experience was not all positive. the hotel had a cost efficiency measure that led to the closure of the restaurant on Sundays, which was a disappointment because we had to order food from outside.

The live music from the roof deck bar on weekends could be disruptive for guests staying on the fourth floor, directly below it.
