I especially appreciated the helpfulness of Cherry, Vic, Aldren, and Richie. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction made me choose to stay here again.

One small suggestion would be for the hotel to provide more information about local events and tourist attractions. It would be helpful for guests to have this information readily available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel close to the airport-with EXCELLENT service. The staff, from the security guards to the receptionist, were super helpful and polite. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was excellent, with a choice of Filipino dishes and freshly brewed coffee. The hotel is also conveniently located near nearby restaurants, especially ones that deliver at nighttime, and is a short distance from the congested center of town.

We did encounter a cockroach problem during our stay.
