The staff were exceptional and made me feel welcome as a solo female traveler. They were friendly and always available to recommend activities in the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The complimentary shuttle service to Lio beach and town was convenient. The location was great, being a bit further out of the city, it was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff made sure I had everything I needed. the staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and transportation were the best aspects of my stay.

The room cleanliness could have been better as we found stains on the towels and sheets. the walls were very thin, making it hard to sleep in without being disturbed by loud neighbors or noise from the pool area.
