The free shuttle service to Lio Beach was a fantastic convenience, making it easy to explore without the hassle of transportation.

Unfortunately, the smoke detector in the room flashed continuously all night with a strobe effect, which was quite disruptive to sleep.

staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. The restaurant offered surprisingly good meals, and we loved relaxing by the pool. However, the rooms could have been better maintained – we had a few minor issues to address during our stay.

The Superior Queen Room offered spacious comfort, and the beds felt luxurious. Breakfast by the pool featured delicious yogurts and was a nice way to start the day. While the first massage was fantastic, the second one didn't meet expectations. Additionally, it would have been better if the shower pressure was more consistent. it struggled at times. However, the helpful staff and the free shuttle to town were definitely highlights of the stay.

We spent 5 nights at a clean and comfy room, and the two pools were awesome for chilling after our adventures. The spa's full body massage and sun terrace were the perfect way to unwind. Just a heads-up, the check-in was a bit slow with the towel situation, so maybe pack an extra just in case! 😊
