The Grand Hyatt Manila exceeded my expectations with its friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms, and excellent facilities. The location is convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby, including a famous mall. The reception staff, including Mr. Sai and the two Mr. Matt, were particularly kind and welcoming. The high floor restaurant, The Peak, offers a beautiful view and great entertainment. The gym and pool, managed by Mrs. Bev, Mr. Orlando, and Mr. Francis, were also excellent.

Grand Hyatt exceeded my expectations with its luxurious lobby, attentive staff, and spacious Grand King room equipped with extra amenities. The location, steps away from Uptown Mall and Uptown Parade, was perfect. The cocktails and food at The Lounge were excellent too.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety.

We had all the restaurants and shops we needed nearby, including a large famous mall. the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel like part of the family. the rooms were clean and well, furnished, and the housekeeping service was top, notch. the lobby was spacious and beautifully decorated. We also loved the gym and pool facilities, which were excellent and well, maintained.

There was nothing negative to mention about our stay. We enjoyed every moment and had no complaints whatsoever.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond by providing a complimentary cake and champagne for our anniversary. The location was convenient, with nearby malls and restaurants in walking distance.

While my stay was exceptional, I did notice a few minor drawbacks. The bathroom could benefit from having bathroom rugs to prevent slipping on the slippery floor, even when dry.

Stayed for 3D2N for our wedding anniversary. The facilities were great as expected, all staff were kind and welcoming. Rooms were clean and well-furnished. Lobby was spacious and beautifully decorated. The high floor restaurant, The Peak, had a nice view and entertainment. The gym and pool were excellent. Complimentary cake and champagne for our anniversary was a sweet gesture. Location was convenient, walking distance to Uptown Mall and many restaurants in BGC. A perfect staycation where we felt safe. Will definitely be back soon.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the restaurant served the best food. The swimming pool was also great, and the people who took care of it were very attentive. The location was convenient, close to St. Luke's Hospital. the hotel had excellent cleanliness, facilities, and staff.
