My family and I recently stayed at Hilton Manila for a week-long vacation. The Executive Lounge Access was a fantastic decision, with amazing staff who took excellent care of us. The swimming pool was big and beautiful, offering a great place to relax. When my wife fell ill, the hotel quickly sent a doctor to our room and provided medicine. The staff continued to check on her and even sent sandwiches and soups to our room. Thank you to the Executive Lounge staff, the Kusina Albert team, and the helpful swimming pool attendant. The housekeeping staff also ensured we had plenty of water during my wife's illness. The comfortable bed and pillows, seating area, and work desk in our room, as well as the Chromecast option for the TV, all added to our enjoyable stay. The hotel's lobby and reception area were beautifully decorated with elegant Christmas ornaments. Furthermore, the hotel's location near Manila airport made it convenient for us.

The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was excellent. nearby with food court, theater, and other amenities. The staff at the lounge, front desk, and security were outstanding, especially Sugar who went above and beyond to assist guests. The concierge team, including Lucky and Paolo, provided exceptional service. Early check-in was offered and the pool was fabulous.

Conveniently close to the airport with free shuttle service. The hotel is just a short distance from Terminal 3 and provides a convenient and hassle-free transportation option. Additionally, it is located in the upscale Newport Mall, offering a variety of dining and shopping options for guests to enjoy. The hotel facilities are impressive, with a swimming pool, gym, and casino available for guests to use. The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond, making me feel welcomed and safe throughout my stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the airport for a quick layover. The Hilton Manila was the perfect choice. The staff provided a warm welcome and were incredibly friendly throughout my stay. They even offered helpful advice for getting to the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the extra bottles of water provided. The hotel amenities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch. Despite being located close to everything, the hotel was surprisingly quiet.

Would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was very near to the Airport Terminal 3. It was just in front of the airport, which made it very convenient for our early morning flight. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spacious pool and the 24-hour gym. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even granting us a free late check-out until 3pm. The cleanliness of the property was highly commendable, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel offers a kid-friendly pool and a welcoming decor for birthday celebrations. The cake provided was delicious, unlike other hotels which often have bland tasting complimentary cakes. The kids' corner during breakfast was also a hit. The strategic location allows easy access to the mall. Furthermore, the modern room layout was impressive.

Nice room with a great view, upgraded to a prime room, friendly staff who offered advice and guidance, prompt service, comfortable beds and excellent room amenities.

From arrival, felt looked after. Great staff. Executive Lounge amazing. Big, beautiful swimming pool. Staff cared for sick wife, sent doctor, food. Lounge staff excellent, need bonus. Good food selection. SkyBridge to mall convenient. Luxurious aesthetics. Room like fancy apartment/loft. Fast housekeeping.

Nothing to dislike.

Great service, spacious rooms, comfy bed and pillows. Loved the powder room and big living room. Breakfast buffet was worth it. Convenient location with plenty of entertainment nearby. An enjoyable stay, will definitely return. ♥️

Location was convenient, close to the airport and surrounded by various restaurants and establishments. the staff was friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. the beds were comfortable and amenities in the room were satisfactory.

There were some miscommunications regarding the airport shuttle service, which caused inconvenience during check-out. Additionally, there were issues with insects, possibly bed bugs, which resulted in numerous bites on my body.

One particular staff member, Jeric, provided exceptional service and even sent a handwritten note to our room after addressing a transportation issue. During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the comfortable and spacious rooms. the beds were cozy and provided a good night's sleep. Moreover, the hotel's location was ideal, being within walking distance to Terminal 3 via the Runway Manila bridge. This made it extremely convenient for travelers. Additionally, the breakfast spread was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.

There were a few things that I disliked about my stay. the security checks at the hotel entrance made me quite nervous, although I understand that it is a necessary precaution.

Prime location, excellent staff, clean rooms, delicious food, spacious executive room, complimentary airport shuttle.

Our overall stay at Hilton Manila was great. The room was spacious, clean, and the staff attended to all our needs with courtesy. The executive lounge offered a wonderful selection of snacks and the cocktails in the evening were delightful. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with many restaurants and establishments nearby. We especially appreciated the 24-hour gym, which allowed us to fit in an early morning workout before our flight. Despite a few minor drawbacks like difficult internet access and limited trash cans, we would still recommend this hotel.
