The hotel had clean and modern rooms, which looked brand new. the staff was friendly and the check-in/check-out process was easy. the location was perfect, with key attractions and amenities within walking distance.

Great value for the price. The room was much larger than expected and comparable in quality to more expensive options nearby. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants and conference centers.

The lack of amenities . There was no coffeemaker in the room and no ice machine on the property.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring downtown on foot, and it is very close to the convention center. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the accommodations. The staff was remarkably helpful and accommodating. Parking on the premises was a convenient feature.

The inside of the hotel room was a lot better than what was perceived on the outside. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate sitting area and a large sink area. Everything was in working order and the room was very clean. The internet connectivity was great and the secure on-site parking was a major plus. The property management was professional and congenial, making me feel safe during my stay.

The walls were thin, but most guests seemed to be aware of this and kept quiet. There were no kitchen utensils provided, only a microwave and fridge.

Stayed here for a conference nearby. Very nice, spacious rooms. Clean and quiet at night, despite nearby nightlife. Friendly owner, always available. Free water bottles, iron, fridge, and microwave provided.

One specific situation: Although our room was on the third floor without an elevator, the staff member kindly helped us with our heavy baggage. Next time, I will request a room on the first floor.

I loved the separate lounge/work area and having two TVs in the room was such a luxury. The location was also a major plus, as it was within walking distance to the convention center, museums, and the downtown area. And the fact that there was free parking on the premises was a great bonus!

While my stay at the hotel was fantastic, I did find the surrounding area to be a bit sketchy. There were a lot of mentally ill homeless people roaming the streets, which made walking around a bit uncomfortable.
