During my recent 4-week stay in the Philippines, I stayed at several hotels and Celeste was by far the standout. The staff were the most professional and friendly I encountered. The room was extremely clean, well-maintained and comfortable. The food downstairs was fantastic, and the location is amazing. Walking distance to nearby Greenbelt mall with plenty of food options and great shopping. Also feels safe and easy to get a cab. Look forward to staying here again.

The room was tastefully furnished with a comfortable king bed. The hotel is located in the heart of the shopping district, making it convenient for Christmas shopping. One block away from the hotel is a mall with various bars and eateries, providing plenty of options for dining.

The hotel lacked amenities such as a gym or pool, which would have been nice during the Christmas holiday. The staff could be busier and more attentive, as they tended to engage in idle chatter.

We had a great stay at Celeste Makati! the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the nearby shopping malls and eateries. the staff were very professional and made our stay enjoyable with their excellent service. the hotel was also very clean, and although it may have looked modest from the outside, the facilities and service were luxurious. Our room had everything we needed, and the staff, especially reception and concierge, were friendly and helpful.

A real find in the world of mega-hotels

My wife and I recently stayed at Hotel Celeste and it exceeded our expectations. Despite some negative reviews, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff went above and beyond, arranging a car for us during rush hour traffic. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms were also clean and well-stocked with L'Occitane products. We were initially concerned about noise, being right on the street, but the double-glazed windows and AC kept everything quiet. The French restaurant in the hotel was amazing, especially the desserts which they delivered to our room. Breakfast had plenty of options and the freshly made cappuccinos were a treat. The hotel also had fast and reliable Wi-Fi throughout and iPod players in the rooms. The only downsides were the lack of a pool and gym, but we could use a nearby gym. we had a fantastic stay and we highly recommend Hotel Celeste.
