The hotel was ideally located near the Y1 skiing area, making it easily accessible for winter activities. The log cabin we stayed in was cozy and warm, with a convenient sauna extension in the bathroom. The staff were helpful and accommodating, providing valuable information about the area. The buffet breakfast had a good selection, and the restaurant was located nearby for convenience.

The Wi-Fi connection was unstable, making it difficult to work remotely or stay connected consistently.

We had a fantastic week in Lapland and stayed at a hotel that exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, with a frozen lake and ski resort nearby. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights, thanks to the amazing Tui entertainment reps. The activities and entertainment organized by them were top-notch, especially the cabaret evening and panto. The hotel food was delicious, with a variety of options every night. we had a magical experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great New Year experience in Lapland with impressive Christmas decorations and a cozy ambiance. The hotel provided amazing snow activities and even an opportunity to meet real huskies. The location was perfect allowing us to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings with ease.

The food was very basic and the staff was not very welcoming, which made our stay less enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel lacked basic amenities such as a fitness center and a spa which could have enhanced our experience overall.

I recently stayed at Lapland Hotels in a great location in Akaslompolo. The breakfast was excellent with many choices and the hotel was near all the services we needed, including ski rental and a bus to the Yllässlopes. The foodshop was also conveniently close. The spacious and comfy room, which had its own sauna, was perfect for the four of us. We enjoyed the extra value of the sauna and pool, and the staff were very friendly. They even arranged packed breakfasts for us when we had an early start for the airport. it was a great value stay and I hope to stay there again soon.
