The pool area and spa service were top-notch. the pool itself was clean and inviting, perfect for a relaxing swim. the spa service was a great way to unwind and indulge in some pampering. the staff at the spa were professional and friendly, ensuring that my experience was enjoyable. Another advantage of this hotel was its convenient location. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area and find something to eat or do. these amenities and location added to the enjoyment of my holiday experience.

the Spa & wellness centre exceeded my expectations, and I loved the indoor swimming pool and sauna. the massage was relaxing and the beauty treatment left me feeling rejuvenated.

The perfect location was definitely the best thing, we were able to walk to great restaurants and shops without any difficulty. the room was extra spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the complimentary delicious dalandan juice and bottled water that were refilled daily. On top of that, the staff were polite and always ready to help.

Sadly, the swimming pool was a huge disappointment as it was freezing, like ice cold! And we weren't the only ones who mentioned it.
