The complimentary breakfast is available during non-peak season after September 14. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The front desk staff was friendly. The hotel is close to wineries. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor seating were enjoyable.

Exceptional property amenities combine with a short stroll to fine and casual dining, shopping and rentals, and an abundance of wineries to expand resort boundaries easily. During my stay, I felt like a VIP as I comfortably strolled to nearby restaurants and indulged in the exquisite flavors of the region.

One elevator was slow.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the lake, beach, and local hiking trails. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing all necessary amenities. the friendly and accommodating staff, along with the well-maintained grounds and facilities such as the pool, hot tub, and fire pit, make for a pleasant stay.

One drawback was the lack of breakfast options. It would have been nice to have more protein choices and a continental breakfast available.

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by how impeccably clean the property was, especially considering they allowed dogs. Our room was also spotless and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond in terms of friendliness and helpfulness, providing us with great recommendations for local attractions and activities for our children. The town itself was charming, filled with genuinely kind people. We loved the convenience of the location, being within walking distance of a market, downtown Manson, and boat rentals. The outdoor BBQ and dining area, as well as the pool and hot tub, added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Additionally, the nearby sub shop and wineries were a delicious bonus. our experience at this lodge was top-notch!

Great value for money! The room was clean and spacious with a fridge and microwave provided. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even offering our children coloring books and crowns. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to several restaurants and a nearby park. The free amenities like the pool, BBQ area, and picnic area were a nice bonus.

The soundproofing between rooms was not the best, as we could hear people talking in the next room. it would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room to supplement the existing microwave and fridge.

had an amazing stay at a clean, eco-friendly resort by the Lake. Friendly staff, heated pool, and BBQ were perfect for our family getaway. Loved exploring the wineries nearby. Definitely recommend this beautiful area with clean streets and no traffic lights!

Nothing not to love.

We had a fantastic stay at the lodge! We stayed for a week and loved having a clean room with a kitchenette. The pool and outdoor area were amazing, very clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The highlight was definitely the grill and the outdoor patio area where we could cook our meals and enjoy family time.

As old folks, we loved the well-maintained property with its spacious and updated rooms. The pool area was great for relaxing, and the outdoor BBQs and tables were a nice touch. We appreciated the free BBQ kits, as well as the thoughtful gifts for kids and pets. The included basic continental breakfast had a good variety of options.

Felt completely at ease and had no complaints whatsoever.

Great service! the staff was very informative and helpful during check-in, providing information about the hotel and nearby dining options. the hot tub was open and well-maintained, offering a relaxing experience. the breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with options like waffles, cereal, and fruit.

Soundproofing between rooms was poor, and conversations from neighboring rooms could be heard. Some maintenance issues were present, such as several light bulbs being out and the bathroom fan not working properly.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the downtown area, making it easy to walk to restaurants and explore the local hiking trails. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with amenities that meet expectations. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. the outdoor kitchen and firepit area is a delightful surprise for guests, providing an enjoyable space to relax.

It is disappointing that the hotel does not offer direct lake access.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this lodge. the location was perfect, with stunning mountain views and easy access to local bars and Lake Chelan. the room was comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like a pool, hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ grills. We also appreciated the friendly staff and the mini gift shop in the lobby.

There were a few issues that affected our stay. We found several light bulbs in our room that were burnt out, although the staff did fix them promptly.
