my return to siquijor surpassed expectations with the warm, native ambiance at payag n kapitan. the owner's kindness and pet-friendly vibe stood out. the unique, outdoor shower experience, tasty meals, and genuine staff interactions made every moment memorable. can't wait to go back!

Loved the vibe of the wooden chalets and the outdoor bathrooms surrounded by lush green plants. the location, only 600m from the port, was super convenient for late arrivals or early departures. We also appreciated the affordable scooter rental option - perfect for exploring the quiet village setting of the area.

Got woken up multiple times by howling dogs at night, which was a downside. the absence of toilet seats in the bathrooms was quite uncomfortable.

Peaceful and comfortable rooms. Refreshing open-air shower. Friendly and accommodating owner. Convenient location near Siquijor Port. Fun Fiesta celebration. Close proximity to S. Juan for bars and restaurants. Would definitely return.
