The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of the old city and right in the middle of the many pulsing night markets. Just step out of the hotel and you are right there. The room is big and has all the amenities you need away from home. The bed was very huge and comfortable and the bed linens were just heavenly. The staff throughout the hotel was outstanding, they are all doing a fantastic job and their kindness was excellent.

Felt like home, no reason to complain.

We were blown away by the incredible service at Le Meridien. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and helpful staff. The attention to detail was outstanding, like changing the WiFi password to numbers for easier access. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the night market. The rooms were spotless and the amenities like the fitness center and pool were top notch. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety. we had an unforgettable stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great selection of cocktails at the bar, with original local options that impressed me. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to both the markets and the river, making it easy to explore the area. The staff in the club lounge provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast, drinks, and snacks offered in the lounge were all delicious and of high quality.

The vegetarian options in the Thai restaurant were extremely limited, and when we asked if the chef could accommodate us, we were told he couldn't come out to speak with us. As there were not many diners in the establishment, it would have been appreciated if the hotel made more of an effort to cater to customers with restricted diets.

Not only was it close to the bustling night bazaar, but it was also conveniently located near the main area of the city. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable and the linens were luxurious. The staff provided exceptional service, always greeting guests with a smile and going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. Additionally, the hotel had stunning views of the city and surrounding mountains, making it a truly picturesque setting.

I did notice that some of the furniture in my room was a bit worn and in need of an update.

I had a blast trying out the delicious Thai and international dishes at The Latest Recipe! The hotel's amenities were exceptional, from the holistic therapies at The Spa to the well-equipped gym. And let's not forget the panoramic views of Doi Suthep Mountain from the outdoor pool!

Gotta love paying for patchy Wi-Fi and the ridiculousness of a 30-minute check-out process. So convenient to have someone else's breakfast dishes on my table too.

Despite a minor inconvenience during check-in, the overall service was top-notch. The hotel amenities, including the bar, restaurant, and laundry facilities, were excellent. We also appreciated the efforts of Khun Aon at the restaurant for accommodating our vegetarian needs. The price of our executive suite was very reasonable for the level of luxury and comfort we experienced. we highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay in Chiang Mai.

We recently spent our Thanksgiving at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. We were impressed with the warm welcome drink at check-in and the handwritten note that greeted us upon arrival. The location is excellent as we were in close proximity to many restaurants and street vendors.

we found the poolside food and beverage service lacking as it took approximately 30 minutes for someone to take our order. However, we did appreciate the effort from the spa employee who eventually took our order and the poolside atmosphere was relaxing.

We loved being just steps away from the vibrant night market area, where we could easily explore and sample local street food. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We were impressed by the range of facilities available, including a swimming pool on the 4th floor, which provided a perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of both European and Asian options, satisfying all our cravings.
