Pico Sands offers a beautiful beach and green surroundings with ample sports facilities. the lake path is great for walking and jogging, and the early mornings are perfect for birdwatching. the service is excellent, with a variety of water activities available. the food at the Beach Club is wonderful, and the facilities are well-maintained.

Lagoon view extra cost disappointing.

The room service and shuttle service were top-notch, making my stay comfortable and convenient. I loved the balcony and terrace, offering stunning views of the lush mountains that surrounded this hotel.

Upon arrival at Pico Sands, I was greeted by a long queue and a slow check-in process. However, the wait was worth it as I was pleasantly surprised with a delicious welcome drink. The room amenities were lovely, although a few more amenities would have been appreciated. The highlight of my stay was the complimentary birthday cake provided by the attentive room service.

While there were some minor issues such as not enough shuttles and cabanas, and a lack of parking space, these did not overshadow the overall positive experience. Despite these drawbacks, I highly recommend Pico Sands for a magical and memorable stay.

The complimentary cocktails and hot chocolate during the Christmas Eve dinner were a nice touch. the hotel's location near the beach and local attractions was convenient for exploring. the pool and lounge chairs were comfortable and perfect for soaking up the sun.

The room could use better soundproofing as noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms was easily heard. Housekeeping did not check the room thoroughly before our departure and we left behind some personal items.
