The gym is amazing, staff goes out of their way for everything, in-room dining has superb selection and decent prices. Spectacular accommodations with beautiful room, bath, bed, and appliances. Excellent breakfast at High Street Cafe. Impressive staff, friendly and attentive. Interior design is tasteful and bedrooms are comfortable. Central location close to restaurants and shops. Generous room size.

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, always making sure our needs were met. We also enjoyed the central location, making it easy to explore all the nearby restaurants and shops. The indoor basketball court and gym were great amenities to have access to during our stay.

The pool was a bit small and lacked in design. the entrance to the residences was a bit hard to spot and navigate to, including for taxi drivers.

The bathroom is spacious and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff is excellent, with friendly and capable employees. The breakfast at the onsite cafe is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The view from the hotel is stunning, providing a scenic backdrop to your stay.

There were some issues with noise disturbance from neighboring rooms, specifically a barking dog.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. The staff were attentive and provided us with exclusive amenities. The Spa and wellness centre was the perfect place to unwind, with a sauna, steam room, and treatment rooms. The outdoor heated swimming pool was perfect for relaxing on the sun loungers and enjoying the pool with view. The restaurant offered a delicious Continental breakfast, and the poolside snack bar offered a range of delightful treats. The private facilities were also impressive, adding to the luxurious experience.

The only minor issue we had was with the valet parking, which was slow and sometimes understaffed. However, this did not detract from the overall excellence of our stay at this hotel.
