I gotta say, Somerset Ekamai really nailed it when it comes to value for money. The room was top-notch and gave off cozy homestay vibes that made me feel right at home. Plus, the staff were so helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. Also, the location was perfect with a 7-11 at the entrance and Big C complex just a few blocks away.

Menu for breakfast could use some improvement, but overall it was a great stay.

Friendly staff, surprised us for son's bday. Convenient location near Gateway Ekamai. Good washer and dryer, clothes ready in morning. Close to mall, BTS, supermarket, and restaurants. Clean and modern rooms, even gave detergent. Didn't have time for pool or gym.

The room was spotless and the bathroom was luxurious with a great bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. The hotel had a nice playground for the kids to enjoy. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Although the view from the room was not great, we kept the curtains closed to maintain privacy. Additionally, the hotel cleaning service knocking on the door early in the morning disrupted our sleep for two consecutive days.

stayed at somerset and it's way better than the 5 star hotels in thailand, got more facilities in room, loved the bathtub with jets and washer/dryer. great location and friendly staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel in the heart of Ekkamai. the location was perfect, being close to the BTS Ekkamai station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, and their English skills made communication easy. the facilities, including the pool and gym, were great, although the pool water was a bit chilly. the room was fully equipped and even had a washing machine-dryer combo, which was a convenient touch.

My stay at Somerset was fantastic. I immediately felt at home with the advanced facilities and reasonable prices. Our room was clean and new, and the bed was beautifully decorated with flower petals, just as we requested for a romantic touch. The staff's creativity really stood out, making our stay one of the best so far. Additionally, the location was convenient, with nice coffee shops and a quiet atmosphere, away from the noise and traffic. The guest service managers were quick to respond to our feedback and offered great service recovery. We also appreciated the variety of breakfast mains that changed daily during our 6-night stay.

I had an amazing stay at Somerset Ekamai! The value for money was great and the room was fantastic, with a fully equipped kitchen and even a washing machine. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the reliable sky trains. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, especially Beer and Cherry who were incredibly helpful and even called a cab for us through Grab.

I had a great time staying at Somerset Ekamai Bangkok. The gym was well-equipped and had good space, perfect for a solo traveler like me. The shared space on the apartment floor was also amazing, with a big refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. The apartment itself had a comfortable armchair, which is a rare find in similar hotels. The location was quiet and convenient, with the skytrain station, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. I enjoyed my stay and found the facilities to be top-notch.
