The spacious 1-bedroom apartment was perfect for us – there were 2 ACs, so my seniors and I could adjust the temperature to our likings, plus the kitchen had everything we needed 👌. the friendly staff promptly fixed the broken washing machine and even did our laundry for free, making our stay hassle-free and enjoyable. Wish the kitchen had a bigger stove, but it didn't put a damper on our fantastic experience! 🌟

The penthouse suite was spacious with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen for simple meals. Limited utensils for 6 people, delayed extra bed delivery, and key card issues were frustrating. staff was generally helpful. Close to a mall and restaurants. Good for city tours and dining options nearby.

the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front office to the housekeeping department. the facilities were all in working order, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. the kitchen in the penthouse suite had everything I needed to cook simple meals, including a rice cooker, stove, oven, microwave. the location was also convenient, as it was close to a mall and several restaurants. I had a great stay and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Had a great Christmas vacation with my family! Loved the spacious rooms and the fact that each one had its own toilet and bath. the staff was super accommodating - they helped us call for a taxi whenever we needed one. the hotel was located near several restaurants, which made it easy to grab a bite to eat. we were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary brewed coffee in our room!

The location of the hotel wasn't ideal - it was a bit far from the main tourist destinations. while we appreciated the free coffee, some of the facilities in the room needed attention.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the receiving area with the sofa and kitchen, it made me feel right at home. The location was also convenient, being right next to Gaisano Country Mall and within reach of cool places in Cebu. The peaceful and safe ambiance of Sta. Barbara made it a perfect choice. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Cebu.
