The staff, especially Chris, were fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the hotel was clean and the rooms had great views of the city. We felt safe in the hotel and there was security at night. the location was perfect, centrally located and near Union Square and shopping centers. There were plenty of food options in the area, including 24-hour diners. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend it. Autograph Collection provided a memorable stay.

The Hotel Adagio is a great choice for a longer term business stay. The rooms are spacious and quiet, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful environment. The bar at the hotel is a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a few night caps, and the nearby cocktail bar is a must-visit. Willy, the bartender, provides excellent tips for nice places to drink and is also helpful with transportation. The doorman, who we nicknamed Wesley, is attentive and ensures your safety while you are out and about. The front desk staff are awesome, with one of them having an amazing singing voice. The hotel's layout is thoughtfully designed, with a coffee area and comfortable chairs where you can relax. The location is also ideal, being close to Union Square and the trams. Don't forget to get a hop on hop off ticket for convenient transportation around the city during your 7-day stay.

The water in the bathtub was initially brown and took a while to clear up. The website photos were misleading, as we ended up with a view of the neighboring hotel instead of the city.

The location was perfect, on the edge of the Tenderloin and close to the posh shopping area. The staff were amazing, providing excellent service during my entire stay. The room was well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay including a mini-bar and air conditioning.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the cozy atmosphere of the hotel, which was enhanced by the festive decorations and warm hospitality of the staff. The complimentary breakfast served each morning was a real treat, with a delicious spread of freshly baked pastries, eggs, and a variety of hot and cold drinks. The hotel's prime location was also a major plus, as it was conveniently situated near popular attractions and within walking distance of the city's vibrant shopping district. Being able to easily explore the city and soak in the holiday spirit was truly enjoyable.

The lack of complimentary Wi-Fi was a disappointment, especially considering that it is a common amenity provided by many hotels nowadays. While the front desk did offer a few days of free Wi-Fi as a goodwill gesture, it would have been much more convenient to have it included throughout my stay.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The front desk staff, especially Jesse, was incredibly helpful and personable. The architecture of the building and lobby was gorgeous, and my newly renovated room was spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were cozy, and the bathroom was clean with a nice shower. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, and the fact that they held my bags after checkout so I could explore the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay.

There were some issues with my room. the heater was extremely loud and needed to be turned off completely.

First time here and it exceeded our expectations! Front desk personnel were very friendly, room was ready early so we could dump our luggage and hit the city. The restaurant associated with the hotel, Mortimer's, is top notch and so convenient. The room was spotless and the bed was comfy after a long day. Love the fact the room had a comfy couch to watch TV instead of sitting on the foot of the bed. Free breakfast was a nice bonus. Will be back and definitely recommend to travelers or just a cozy weekend away.
