The executive lounge, room, and gym were fantastic. the unique environment and delicious pizza were a treat. the friendly staff and relaxing tropical feel made my stay memorable. the breakfast buffet with a mix of standard and Asian foods was a delight. the outside ponds added to the tranquil setting.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Absolutely jaw, dropping staff , so helpful and welcoming, they truly make the stay special. the breakfast buffet is mind, blowing with a fantastic mix of Asian and standard dishes, and the tropical touch of young coconut is super refreshing. the hotel beautifully blends modern architecture with nature, creating a relaxing atmosphere. the food is excellent with a lot of variety, and the pool is perfect for a refreshing swim in a secluded spot. the late check, out option is a fantastic bonus that's worth the extra cost.

Our stay at Hilton was exceptional. Staff was great, attentive, and met all our needs. The room was clean and comfortable with a great mountain view. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the vegetarian pizza. Room service breakfast was delivered on time and the food was prepared well. The hotel had state-of-the-art facilities and provided a safe environment for children. The guards did a fine job in securing the premises and the guests. everything was great.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! the staff were incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive to all our needs. the room was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic mountain view. the buffet breakfast was delicious, especially the vegetarian pizza. the hotel's mix of standard and Asian cuisine, along with the tropical vibe and refreshing young coconut drinks, truly showcased the local heritage. the architecture and outside facilities added a sense of relaxation, blending nature with modern design. the customer service was exceptional, making our stay truly memorable.

The staff could benefit from more international training and exposure to enhance their service even further. it would be great to see more healthy cooked options added to the dining menu.

The hotel was very modern and comfortable. the food was delicious with lots of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the pool and the privacy it offered. the staff were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated how quickly they found and returned my lost item.

It made for an uncomfortable stay, especially on hot days. the location wasn't the best either, as it was quite a distance from some of the main attractions and had a lackluster view.

The brand new hotel has a fantastic contemporary atmosphere, perfect for low-budget travelers seeking luxury and comfort.

Room service breakfast delivered on time. Well-prepared food and impeccable setup. State-of-the-art room with brand new and comfortable amenities. Very safe for children with vigilant guards. Enjoyed the meal with my family.

the exclusive amenities were outstanding and exceeded my expectations. the outdoor swimming pool was spectacular, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. the shallow end was perfect for relaxation and the live entertainment really added to the experience. the private facilities were top, notch and made my stay all the more comfortable. In, room breakfast and special diet menus were available, and the location was great for exploring the city.

The only minor issue I had was with the restaurant. While the food was tasty, the cost of the dishes was quite high.
