I recently stayed at the Dietla 99 Apartments in the heart of Krakow for a weekend getaway. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Its prime location allowed us to easily explore the old square and nearby shops. Despite the high demand, the staff helped us organize a visit to Auschwitz. The apartment was clean and well laid out, with basic household essentials provided. The breakfast, delivered daily at our chosen time, was plentiful and even included enough for a packed lunch. The excellent communication from the staff and organized airport transfers added to our positive experience.

The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the city center and train station. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially on a quiet Sunday. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the transportation options were convenient, with a tram stop right opposite. The cleanliness of the apartment was top-notch.

The location of Dietla 99 Apartments - Ideal Location - In The Heart Of was absolutely perfect, situated in the middle of the Jewish quarter and Main Square. It made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The apartment itself was also warm and cozy, which was especially appreciated during our winter stay. Additionally, the communication with the reception staff was excellent, even though we arrived late and the reception was closed. these aspects made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay. the pillows and duvet in our room were quite small, which made it slightly uncomfortable for sleeping.

The noise level from the building work and other residents was quite disruptive, especially early in the morning. the sleeping arrangements were not ideal, with only a mattress on the floor and a low ceiling.
