Great location, close to Barbican and Florianska Gate. Quiet street with tram nearby. Tasty continental breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient for tours and airport transfer. Good WiFi and amenities in the room. Clean and warm apartment. Spacious and clean ensuite bathroom.

The location of this hotel was amazing, just a short walk to the main city square and surrounded by cafes and shops. It was really convenient to have an ATM nearby as well. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were always responsive to our needs and provided excellent service.

One major drawback of this hotel was the poor WiFi connection. The signal was weak and kept dropping, making it difficult to stay connected and use the internet.

We had a fantastic stay at Aparthotel Maria. the host was incredibly helpful and even arranged for our suitcases to be taken up the stairs. the property itself is beautiful, with a charming old-world feel, and its location in the heart of the city made it very convenient for exploring Krakow. the personnel was always available to offer advice and recommendations for things to do in the area. We also enjoyed a sufficient breakfast served from 8 am.

Nothing, no complaints at all. 😊
