Positive features of the stay: Friendly staff, kids playplace, balcony with beach/forest view, many elevators, cheap spa treatments, lots of activities.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Arka Medical Spa with our family. The room we had was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast provided was plentiful and delicious. We also enjoyed the spa treatments, which were of good quality and reasonably priced. we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience at Arka Medical Spa.

There were a few minor issues during our stay, such as the bathroom needing a refresh and the beds in our room being different heights, which made it uncomfortable for family sleep. Additionally, the hotel did not provide towels in the bathroom, and there were some communication issues with the staff, particularly those from Ukraine who did not speak to customers.

The hotel had great spa facilities and a stunning view of the park and the sea. The location was perfect, as it was near the beach, allowing for long walks and sporting activities. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious.

We had a fantastic time at this seaside hotel with lots of attractions, including a spa, gym, bars, restaurants, and a cafe on the 11th floor. the room we stayed in was huge and had a beautiful view of the park and sea. the hotel offers many activities, so you won't get bored even if the town itself is a bit dull. the bed sheets were comfy, and there is a swimming pool for relaxation. the warm chairs in the spa area were perfect for resting after treatments.

Stayed here with my Family and had a great time. the beautiful and clean room overlooked the sea with an amazing view. Breakfast was really good and dinner was also delicious. the hotel's spa services were also excellent, with great prices. Really helpful and caring staff. We enjoyed the lovely Kids playplace inside and the playground outside the hotel.

The location of the hotel is far from the most of the Kolobrzeg buzz. It maybe a problem for someone who is interested in the restaurant, shops and other activities occurring along the beach promenade.

I had a fantastic time at this place! The location was absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach. The service was impeccable, with room service available for any needs I had. The room amenities were top-notch, including a heating system to keep me cozy and a terrace to enjoy the beautiful views. The in-room safe provided added security for my belongings. Plus, the flat-screen TV in the room was a great addition for some relaxing downtime.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The value for money was great at Arka Medical Spa with a wonderful sea view from our room and access to a convenient swimming pool. The location was brilliant, just a short walk from the beach. The staff treated us very well and the atmosphere felt like a vacation in Turkey.

The breakfast selection could have been improved by offering a wider variety of coffee options, as only americano was available in the coffee machines. However, the food variety at breakfast was good overall.
