The location was perfect, as it was right next to a modern shopping centre where I could easily grab some food or essentials. The hotel was also near the beautiful Vistula river, offering a peaceful and scenic view. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always being helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices that were constantly replenished. I also enjoyed the facilities, such as the gym and the rooftop restaurant with great views.

That the lifts were a bit slow, so I ended up using the stairs quite often.

The surroundings were very pleasant and it was easy to explore different areas of the city with affordable taxi rides that arrived quickly. The hotel itself is modern, well-maintained, and clean. The pool area with a sauna and steam room, as well as the small gym, were a nice bonus. The staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. I also booked a day trip to Auschwitz through the hotel reception, which was easy and affordable. I highly recommend this hotel for its high quality and low price.

We stayed at Galaxy for 4 nights and had a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 20-minute walk from the main square. The rooms were lovely, clean, and well-equipped with tea/coffee facilities and bottled water. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who organized our excursions. The spa was small but nice, and the treatments were amazing. The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. a perfect stay with excellent service.

We also loved that it was right next to the shopping mall, making it easy for us to find anything we needed. The service here was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, and laundry available. The airport shuttle was a great convenience, and we were even greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival. The staff, especially at the reception desk, were friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to ensure our reservation was booked and our needs were met.
