the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. the rooms were beautifully decorated with all the modern amenities one could ask for. the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere, providing a perfect refuge from the bustling city outside. the indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room were a delightful addition to the stay. And to top it all off, the breakfast provided was the best we had throughout our entire trip. It truly was one of the best hotels I have ever been in.

Some minor issues with the room's door not locking automatically and noise from construction work at an early time. However, overall it was a lovely and uplifting stay with a few small details that could be improved.

Some rooms may have thin walls, which can lead to noise disturbances.

Smooth check-out at 3:30 am, prompt airport transfer, rich lunchbox, kind staff. Tasty 2-course dinner, allergic to chocolate but got yummy cheesecake. Comfy room with nice bed, desk, and coffee machine. Numerous toiletries in bathroom. Good location, walking distance to shopping centers. Fantastic breakfast buffet with fresh fruits, delicious dishes, and self-serve espresso bar.

We had a great time at this place! The location is perfect, right in the heart of town. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with anything we needed. We did notice a safety concern in one of the bathrooms. The heavy stones placed on a shelf above the toilet were not securely attached, posing a potential danger for children.

As old people, we enjoyed the convenient location near the main square and the fact that the hotel was the only one in the area with a swimming pool.

We felt so well taken care of during our stay, we have no complaints.
