The hotel staff, especially Paulina, were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The concierge service was attentive and the views from the room and wellness center were spectacular. it was an amazing stay.

The reception at the hotel was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. the location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to the train station, metro, and trams.

Additionally, there were some issues with the minibar charges and double billing, which caused inconvenience and frustration.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a great view from the windows. The cooling system worked well and was quiet. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of foods to choose from. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with key areas easily accessible. One more advantage was the fabulous rooftop wellness area, offering stunning views.

The swimming pool was a bit cold and the lack of a toilet brush in the room was inconvenient. Additionally, the in-room air conditioning was old and noisy, and didn't heat the room properly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the reception and restaurant staff, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even provided us with washing machine powder when we needed it. The hotel facilities were outstanding, including a fabulous pool on the 43rd floor which was free for hotel customers. The location was great, being near the train central station and offering beautiful views from our deluxe room. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. the best aspects of our stay were the friendly staff, helpful services, great location, and amazing facilities.

Lots of varieties over breakfast and very pleasant staff. The stylish and extremely clean room had a good comfortable bed. It was quiet, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The early check-in was a pleasant surprise. The lady playing the harp during breakfast added a touch of beauty.

The view from our room on the 36th floor was absolutely breathtaking, especially with the Palace of culture and science in sight. the room itself was cozy, quiet, and extremely clean. the comfortable bed and welcome bottle of water per person per day were nice touches. Additionally, the hotel's perfect location next to the railway station made it convenient for exploring the city.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring this city, as it was within easy walking distance to the city center and close to the shopping streets and old city center. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the hotel facilities, including the pool with panoramic views and the large gym, were impressive. The staff were friendly and accommodating, honoring my request for a room on a higher floor.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were excellent. I was on a high floor and had an amazing view of a famous landmark. The maid who took care of my room was a perfectionist and made sure every detail was perfect. The gym was well-equipped, even better than some city gyms. The pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room were all fantastic and located on a high floor with amazing views. The location was perfect, close to everything and easily accessible by walking or electric scooters.
