we had air conditioning issues and, surprise, it wasn’t fixed until I complained. also, can we talk about the keycard nonsense? insert it to turn on lights? that was sooo confusing! after all that, i expected at least a complimentary drink—but no, that bar charged. thought i woudl be able to give a good review, just couldn’t.

Great stay close to everything

Really nice, clean hotel in the heart of Rome! It was super convenient to walk to all the sights like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. The breakfast was worth the extra cost with amazing pastries. Only issue was that the air con didn’t always keep the room cool enough at night.

Wi-fi was good and 24-hour reception helped with late check-in. Luggage storage was handy.
