I recently stayed at Comfort Suites for a weekend getaway. the location was perfect for my needs near Shands hospital. the hotel was impeccably clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. the complimentary shuttle service was a convenient bonus, and the neighborhood felt safe for a solo traveler like myself. the well-lit premises and delicious breakfast selection added to the overall positive experience. Comfort Suites will be my go-to choice in the future.

Staff kindly assisted my elderly parents on my first stay. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, Free airport shuttle, Fitness centre. I keep returning for romantic escapes.

During my Christmas stay, the breakfast was enjoyable and the room was quite spacious. the parking was abundant and the staff was constantly available and helpful 24/7. I appreciated the convenient location near key spots.

On the downside, the room wasn't cleaned during our stay, which was disappointing. Additionally, we encountered some ants in the room, which was not a pleasant experience.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, with exceptionally comfortable bedding and pillows. Additionally, the staff is welcoming and accommodating, always ready to assist you in any way possible.

The TV system could have been better, with a confusing set up and no channel guide.
