We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, providing us with useful tips and engaging in enjoyable conversations. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient, with a 20-minute walk to the city center that was easy and safe. We also found it affordable to take a taxi if needed. Moreover, the mini bar was well stocked, and we enjoyed having a drink at the bar upon our return. the friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the rooms made our stay truly enjoyable.

Not one thing.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spacious and modern rooms. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a well-stocked buffet breakfast and a supermarket conveniently located just steps away. The staff, especially Bart, went above and beyond to make my experience truly exceptional. Bart provided helpful recommendations for taxis, restaurants, and things to do in this city. His knowledge and friendly demeanor made a huge difference in my trip.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff. the location, just a short walk from the main attractions, was convenient. We also appreciated the comfortable beds and the fact that the room was cleaned daily.

On the downside, we were slightly disappointed with the breakfast selection, particularly the eggs. We also had a minor issue with the heating, which was promptly resolved, but it seemed that the staff didn't have a set procedure for such occurrences.

Liv'Inn Aparthotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the excellent facilities provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms, with their beautiful balconies, were clean and well-maintained. The different decorations gave each room a unique charm. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide range of options to suit everyone's tastes. Although it could have included more choices for gluten-free bread, the fact that it was included in the stay was a great bonus.

The breakfast was impressive! They had a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. the location was very convenient since it was close to the city center and there were several public transportation options nearby.

I have to say that the price was not worth it. the hotel charged me more than what was originally quoted and they did not provide a clear explanation for the extra charges.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a cool flamingo theme. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, answering all our questions and taking care of any matters with a smile. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to downtown. The breakfast offered a great mix of local and well-known food. We also had the opportunity to go on a day trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau and the salt mines with our guide Bart, who provided us with lots of information and made the day enjoyable.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
