The staff were incredible, making me feel like a VIP throughout my business trip. the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, almost as if it had just opened. the location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the city.

The delicious food made up for it. the room temperature was a bit chilly, but the reception quickly addressed the issue and resolved it promptly.

I recently had a wonderful Easter weekend getaway at a boutique hotel in a picturesque and historic area. the staff were extremely professional and attentive, making me feel valued and welcome. the rooms were modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and blackout curtains.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the wait staff at the restaurant were not very friendly and seemed poorly trained.

The decor was elegant and the rooms were spacious and well arranged. The service was professional and the staff was helpful. We particularly enjoyed the sauna and swimming pool facilities. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant experience in beautiful surroundings.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with plenty of good restaurants in the area. It is situated in a lovely chilled area, close to the Christmas market and in the Centre of the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities such as good wifi and tea/coffee making facilities. The staff is professional and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel also offers spa facilities and a swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

There were some issues with the air conditioning and the breakfast could be improved.

During our stay at Mamaison, we were impressed by the perfect location, beautiful building, and spacious room. The powerful shower and superb cleanliness added to our comfort. The breakfast, despite the small room, was delicious and the staff coped beautifully with the demand. We especially appreciated the helpfulness of the reception staff, who even booked a taxi for us to the Kopernik Museum. we had a great time and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

There were also great local cafes and bars right on our doorstep, yet the hotel was quiet and laid back. We could easily walk to the Market Square and other attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast offered a good selection of delicious food.
