My family and I recently stayed at the Pullman in Ho Chi Minh City for our vacation. The hotel offered comfortable bedrooms, friendly and helpful staff, a delicious breakfast, and a lovely pool to relax by. We were also thrilled with the convenient location near the backpacking district, which provided us with great value dining options.

The hotel's location was close to the city center, making it convenient for calling taxis to go to attractions like Notre Dame or BitExco Tower. There were also plenty of coffee shops nearby to grab a quick cup. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Additionally, the rooftop bar and mad cow restaurant offered stunning views, while the pop-up burger bar on the ground floor served delicious burgers.

The room service was a bit slow, taking some time to deliver extra shampoo and bottled water.

We had a fantastic stay at a modern hotel in a vibrant area, close to the backpacker scene. We enjoyed going up to the rooftop bar to have a drink and watch the fireworks. The rooms were amazing, especially with the huge bath overlooking the city. The staff provided first-class service and catered to our every need. The breakfast spread had a great selection of Asian and Western food. it was a memorable experience.

The layout of the room was not ideal and lacked privacy in the bath/toilet area.

During our stay at Pullman Saigon Centre, we encountered an unfortunate incident with the taxi driver who overcharged us. However, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue. They contacted the taxi company and successfully obtained a refund for us. We were also impressed by their kind and reassuring demeanor throughout the ordeal. We want to extend a special thanks to Daniel, the duty manager, for his outstanding support. we highly recommend this hotel for its amazing service and helpful staff.

The hotel has great complementary breakfast and an amazing rooftop view that you can enjoy. the location is very convenient with easy access to many shops and restaurants.

The room had some drainage issues which caused a bit of noise and disturbance during the night. the hotel lacked a bit of character and felt somewhat generic.

Professional staff, superb food service. Close to tourist attractions and CBD. Amazing rooms with city view bath. Friendly and first-class service. Excellent location. Good base for exploring the city. Comfortable rooms. Good rooftop bar. Great food options. Nice pool and fitness area. Efficient travel desk.

We had an amazing stay at Pullman! We requested a corner room and were delighted to find that we had one on the 16th floor. the views of the city were breathtaking, especially during the NYE fireworks. the rooms were clean, well-equipped, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They even allowed us to have a late check out without any extra charge. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the center of District 1.

the exclusive amenities in the rooms, along with a pool with a stunning view, made this hotel truly stand out. the service was phenomenal, with staff going above and beyond to assist us with any request we had, and the restaurant offered a delicious range of halal food for our dietary needs. the location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby entertainment and shopping areas.

The only minor issue we had was with the spa facilities. While overall satisfactory, the sauna could have been hotter and the steam room could have had better ventilation.

I stayed at Pullman for 2 nights during my visit to Vietnam. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. I was thrilled with the room, the stunning view of Saigon from the 29th floor, and the spacious and well-designed layout. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast had a great range of healthy food, even for vegans like me. I can't recommend this hotel enough!
