Our spacious room at Mamaison Residence Diana was delightful. We were pleased to have two bathrooms and a kitchenette, which made our stay even more convenient. We were also grateful that the hotel accommodated our request for a quiet room. The location was ideal, with Central Station and the Old Town within a 20-25 minute walk. There were also plenty of great dining options nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Warsaw.

As foreign tourists, we loved the ideal location with plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants nearby. The room and hotel were clean, with fast wifi and helpful staff. We also appreciated the free laundry facilities on the 3rd and 4th floors.

the huge apartment/room had two baths and a small kitchen, making it very convenient. the staff was incredibly kind and even arranged for a doctor to come to my room when I fell ill. They also organized a fantastic city tour for me. the breakfast at the on-site restaurant was absolutely delicious. the cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable. Despite the hotel being a bit hard to find, the staff was very helpful in guiding me and assisting with parking. the location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by charming little restaurants and shops.

I couldn't ask for a better location in Warsaw - Mamaison is perfectly situated between the Old and New Town, with great access to public transport and a lively nightlife scene. The hotel staff was helpful and the rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with amazing bathrooms.

The use of modern electronic keys for all doors and the elevator added an extra layer of security. Another fantastic feature was the laundry room on the 4th floor with free washers and a dryer, perfect for longer stays. The location of the hotel was also ideal, as I was able to easily walk to all the main attractions.

The room was huge, quiet, and very accommodating. the bed was comfortable and the apartment had a separate bedroom and hall, providing plenty of space to relax. the location was excellent, with key attractions like the Chopin Museum and the Palace of Science and Culture within walking distance. Additionally, the staff was helpful and kind, making our stay enjoyable.

One minor concern was the lack of a dish rack and tea towel in the kitchenette. It would have been convenient to have these items for drying dishes after washing.

As foreign tourists, we loved the helpful service provided by Mr. Robert, who gave us invaluable tips and advice on entertainment, dining, and travel arrangements. The location of the hotel was brilliant, just meters away from restaurants and bars. The apartment was amazing, with clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms. It was also within easy walking distance of local attractions and the Warsaw Old Town.
