The location was perfect, just outside the charming Old Town area. The tram stop right outside the hotel made it easy for us to explore the city. We were impressed with the friendly and professional staff, who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast provided was very good, offering a wide variety of options to start our day. The hotel had a great view of the Old Town, which added to the overall experience. We found the hotel to be clean and well-maintained, making our stay enjoyable. we would highly recommend Mercure Torun for its value for money and excellent location.

I had a great stay at Mercure in Torun! The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. The view from my room was amazing and the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to trams and the Old Town. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was always clean and well-prepared. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of tasty food and beverages, including a really nice hot chocolate. I was impressed with the modern and clean facilities at Mercure Torun Centrum.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel in the city center. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the charming Old Town. We were impressed with the professional and attentive staff who provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast selection was varied and plentiful, offering a great start to the day. The hotel also had a small fitness facility which was convenient for my husband. we found this place to be comfortable and of high quality, providing enhanced comfort and a great level of service.

The view from our room was breathtaking and the location was great, just a short walk away from the main square. the staff were friendly and always willing to help. the room was clean and had good facilities. We especially appreciated the free water in our room and the good Wi-Fi connection.

The roadworks outside made it quite noisy during the day and sometimes a bit difficult to navigate around the area. the shower curtain felt cheap and flimsy, which detracted from an otherwise great bathroom experience.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel located right in the center of town. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was very helpful and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast had a nice selection of delicious food to start the day. Plus, the view from our room of the old town was mesmerizing. it was a great experience staying in this well-maintained hotel with a great location.

The hotel could benefit from some modernization and renovations.
