The kids zone and garden playground were a hit with my toddler, and the staff even gave him a soft toy as a gift. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers good value for money. The location is perfect - close to attractions but away from the noise. I highly recommend this hotel for a short holiday trip in beautiful Gdansk.

Despite its proximity to the bustling area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. the staff at Novotel were amazing, particularly one gentleman who greeted us in the middle of the night with a smile and efficient check-in process. the room was comfortable and clean, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the breakfast offered a variety of food options, including pancakes, scrambled eggs, and even fish! this hotel provided excellent value for money and I will definitely be returning.
