The value for money was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient with a big shopping mall nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast selection could be improved with better table cleaning between guests.

The breakfast was superb! I really liked the variety and quality of the food. the location was also perfect, with easy access to the city center and attractions. Additionally, the reception staff were very helpful and provided excellent service.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to the city center and a popular shopping mall. the rooms were comfortable, well-furnished, and offered a great view from the higher floors. the bathroom was modern and clean, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

The sound insulation in the rooms was poor, and noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway could be heard easily. Additionally, the noise from the tram passing by on the street was quite disruptive.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the location was within walking distance to a vast shopping mall with restaurants. The staff, especially Tatiana, was amazing, extremely helpful, and always wore a genuine smile.

I had a fantastic stay at Novotel in Poznan. The location was perfect, close to the city center and a big shopping mall. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I especially appreciated the comfortable beds. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Poznan.

During our recent stay at Novotel, we were impressed with the delicious breakfast options. The variety of food, including the make your own waffle area, added a delightful touch to our mornings. our experience at Novotel was enjoyable and I would recommend it to others.

The location of this hotel is perfect! It is right at the heart of the city, surrounded by shopping malls, bars, and galleries. Getting here is easy too, the highway leads straight to it. the beds are super comfortable and the bathroom was well-maintained. the real highlight of my stay was the hotel breakfast and the girls at the bar counter were amazing!

there were not enough parking slots and the staff was not helpful in finding a solution. Lastly, the size of the parking was too small.

The hotel's location was fantastic, as it was conveniently situated near the shopping center, train station, and center of the city. The proximity to the old town hall was a bonus for exploring the historical sites. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel and the variety of facilities offered were also impressive. Additionally, the breakfast was superb, with a wide selection of options to cater to different dietary preferences.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the city center and got an incredible value for my money. The room on the 16th floor had a stunning view of the city and the staff were super helpful, letting me check in early. It was also conveniently located within walking distance of the old town hall and all the action.

The only improvement I could suggest for breakfast selection would be to add more variety.

The air conditioning in the room was quite noisy and not very effective, which made it uncomfortable at night. The TV had issues with the premium channels, making them unwatchable.
