The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to parks and right on a tram line. The rooms are clean and spacious, with polite and helpful staff. The breakfast at Dish is lackluster, but there are nearby restaurants to explore. The hotel offers valet parking and a gym, although the equipment may not be sufficient for longer stays. it is a good option for a short visit.

There is an additional charge for wifi in the restaurant.

I appreciated the complimentary water bottles and chocolates left in my room on arrival. , the location was great for exploring the nearby eateries and catching public transport. The best aspect of my stay was the spacious and clean room that had all the amenities I needed.

My experience was not the best due to the loud and faulty air conditioning that kept me up throughout the night. the shower pressure was inconsistent, making it difficult to have a comfortable shower.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service at the hotel. Upon check-in, I was informed that my room was not ready yet, but the receptionist assured me that she would notify me as soon as it was available. True to her word, I received a prompt call when my room was ready. The room itself exceeded my expectations, with a comfortable bed and clean amenities. I especially appreciated the complimentary mini bar items and the upgrade I received. Despite being located near a tram line, the noise was not bothersome and I had a peaceful night's sleep. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was exquisitely designed with exclusive amenities and attention to detail. The spa centre was top-notch offering a variety of relaxing treatments. The private facilities were impeccable and made us feel pampered. The location was superb, being close to the vibrant city centre yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. We were impressed with the excellent service provided by the staff.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the view from the room was not very impressive. However, it did not impact the overall experience of this hotel.
