The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was superb and the restaurant is great for romantic meals. The spa was cozy and the jacuzzi was nice.

This hotel is in a prime location, just a short tram ride away from the city centre. It's easy to explore all the attractions within 16 minutes. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and attentive service. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a wide variety of options to start your day. Plus, the hotel boasts great facilities such as a spa and even a casino for those who enjoy karaoke and entertainment.

I must say that the temperature in the rooms can be a bit chilly, especially during the colder months. This could be improved to ensure a more comfortable stay.

Beautiful hotel with a stunning entrance and restaurant hall. The breakfast was excellent and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. I had a slight issue during my stay, but the restaurant staff were very professional and made dining at the hotel a great experience. I would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast here is top-notch, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. the hotel is also very close to a pleasant park which was perfect for a morning walk to clear my head before a busy work day. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful - there was always someone available to help with anything I needed.

While the decor was nice, the room itself could have been more spacious, and the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep. though, the hotel was a good choice for my business trip, and I would recommend it to others.

Staying here was a luxurious retreat; the exclusive amenities at this hotel were simply exceptional. I indulged in the Spa & wellness centre for a soul-soothing sauna, jacuzzi, and massage, all set within a tranquil garden area. the private facilities made me feel like royalty, enjoying the steam room and body scrub completely alone.

I was excited to enjoy the Turkish bath, but the water temperature was off-putting. the rest of the Spa was outstanding, so this was only a minor issue.
