We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated by the river at the foot of the castle walls. It was also very close to the centrum. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were extremely welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. The breakfast spread was exceptional, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from.

For the value we got, our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The room exceeded our expectations with its stunning view of the river and castle. The convenient location allowed us to easily explore the city, including the Market Square and pick up points for day tours. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our requests were met.

During our recent stay at the luxurious hotel, we were impressed by the professional staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the castle and the convenience of a supermarket nearby. We also enjoyed the comfortable bed and the good service we received, such as ordering a hotel taxi to the airport. Despite some minor drawbacks, like having to walk around the entire hotel to get to our room and a small bathroom, we would still recommend this hotel. our experience was positive and we would consider returning in the future.

The breakfast buffet and egg station were amazing. The sports bar had great coffee and showed a variety of sports. The location was convenient, just a short Uber ride from the airport and a quick walk to the old town. You could see the beautifully lit Wawel Castle from the hotel.

Despite a couple of hiccups, my Christmas stay at this hotel was enjoyable overall. The location couldn't be beaten - right in the heart of the city, with beautiful views of the river. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Aspects. There were a few downsides to my stay. Additionally, the double bed we requested turned out to be two beds pushed together, which created an uncomfortable ridge in the middle.

Conveniently located near the Christmas market and shops. Allowed early check-in and room change. Room was high standard, clean, and had a comfortable bed. Bathroom was also high end. Provided free mineral water and coffee/tea in the room.

The hotel's location at the river and close to the center was perfect. I could easily walk to attractions like Wawel and Old Town. Additionally, the hotel provided transportation in a black Mercedes, which was a convenient and classy way to get around. The breakfast offered a great variety of options and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was amazing, right by the river and close to the castle and old town. The rooftop terrace had a breathtaking view of the river and castle. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great selection.

The air conditioning in the room had a strong smell of smoke at night, which made it difficult to sleep. The food in the bar wasn't great, so we ended up not eating in the main dining area.

We loved the central location, spacious rooms, and professional staff. The rooftop bar and restaurant were fun and enjoyable.

Felt happy, no complaints whatsoever.
