had a fantastic weekend in krakow, pleasantly surprised by wyndham. exceptional service, lovely design, and great central location. breakfast was amazing, and spa facilities were enjoyable. will definitely stay again in the future.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was superb, being close to all the major attractions but still offering a peaceful and quiet environment. The room air conditioning system cannot be turned off, resulting in a constant low-level noise that may disturb light sleepers.

Confusing navigation to the hotel.

We were delighted by the luxurious facilities this venue offers. The Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool and hot tub helped us to relax and rejuvenate after busy days of sightseeing. The massage was exceptional and the beauty treatments available sure did make us feel pampered.

We had a minor issue with the noise level in the evenings from other guests, but this was no fault of the hotel. Additionally, the water temperature in the shower fluctuated between hot and cold.

Cosy elegant decor, fantastic central location, beautiful spa with pool and steam room. Suite was clean and spotless, with nice design details. Enjoyed 18m long pool.

Our city trip was made perfect by staying at this hotel. the breakfast was complimentary and absolutely delicious; we loved the variety. the hotel's location was just a stone's throw from the Old Town market, which was great for sightseeing and the Christmas market. Lastly, the rooms were cozy and had everything we needed.
